I’m a customer-focused professional with experience across banking, retail management, real estate, operations, e-commerce, and product management, with a growing focus on digital products, customer experience, web design, and technology.
I have hands-on experience with Product Management, WordPress, WooCommerce, Web Design, SEO, and e-commerce, including website structure, product and category organization, responsive design, customer journeys, troubleshooting, SEO optimization, and website management.
I’m also developing my product capabilities across product discovery, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, MVP thinking, product documentation, customer research, analytics, and product strategy. I use AI tools as a research, learning, troubleshooting, and productivity partner to solve problems faster, challenge assumptions, and improve my work.
I’m particularly interested in opportunities at the intersection of Product, Customer Experience, Technology, E-commerce, and Operations. I bring a strong problem-solving mindset, customer-first approach, willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuously improving the products and experiences I work on.
